  • 1.大米洗净浸泡一夜,加入约比大米高一点水位,淋入两滴油。
  • 2.板栗去壳放入大米中铺开。
  • 3.按香糯饭操作。
  • 4.利用煮饭期间准备配菜,芥菜茎洗净切或小丁。
  • 5.五花肉刮洗干净切成小丁块,热锅入少许油。
  • 6.煸炒至金黄色,盛出多余油脂,撒上少许盐入底味。
  • 7.放入芥菜丁翻炒至变色,加入少许清水焖两分钟,调入适量盐,生抽,胡椒粉,鸡精调味。
  • 8.时间到米饭已煮好,焖一会开盖,粒粒分明。
  • 9.米饭盛入炒锅内翻炒均匀即可(配菜已调好味了)。
