本道菜----步步高升:金灿灿的辣炒年糕(高)!(大家快来支持投票呀)

这是我做的第二道菜。过年吃年糕,取义步步高升。有些地方在过年时不吃米饭,因饭与“犯”谐音,所以常常在年夜饭的餐桌上出现年糕。

年糕可以自己做也可以买现成的,自己做的,更有特别的意义。往常会做一层层夹馅的年糕,今年换个样,与蟹棒辣椒同炒,一层层的摆好,撒上蛋黄碎,红红火火、金灿灿的感觉。祝愿朋友们,新年里,步步高升,金子堆成山。

  • 粟粉200克
  • 鸡蛋黄2个
  • 蟹棒一盒

Steps to make 步步高升--金灿灿的辣炒年糕(高)

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.将糯米粉和粟粉混合加水调匀。
  • 3.上锅蒸熟晾凉。(大概半小时,以你的容器大小为准)
  • 4.用手把年糕搓成需要的形状,用刀分割。
  • 5.锅里水沸后,下入蟹棒。
  • 6.蟹棒控干水分备用。
  • 7.两个蛋黄搅匀。
  • 8.上锅蒸10分钟。
  • 9.蒸熟后晾凉备用。
  • 10.锅里加热油。
  • 11.下入年糕煎制。
  • 12.加入蟹棒。
  • 13.加入辣酱。
  • 14.加入盐、糖、蒜汁。
  • 15.加入酱油翻炒匀。
  • 16.加入芝麻翻拌。
  • 17.晾凉的蛋黄切碎。
  • 18.蛋黄碎铺在盘底装饰。
  • 19.炒好的年糕准备装盘。
  • 20.蛋黄上铺一层年糕。
  • 21.挤上沙拉酱。
  • 22.再铺一层年糕。
  • 23.一层层的摆上年糕。
  • 24.最后再挤上沙拉酱和蛋黄碎。
