啤酒香辣虾
鲜虾加入了啤酒更加鲜美好吃,虾肉q弹,不腥,加入一点辣椒进去,特别开胃好吃。

  • 干辣椒10克
  • 花椒10克
  • 大蒜10克
  • 生抽10毫升

Steps to make 啤酒香辣虾

  • 1.鲜虾用牙签把虾线去掉。
  • 2.用手按压虾头,把里边的虾肠子挤掉。
  • 3.剪掉虾须后洗净备用。
  • 4.锅中热油爆香蒜米,花椒,干辣椒段。
  • 5.把虾倒入锅中。
  • 6.把虾翻炒至变红。
  • 7.加入半罐啤酒。
  • 8.加入少许盐。
  • 9.加入适量生抽。
  • 10.盖上锅盖焖一下。
  • 11.待锅中的啤酒收汁后,倒入切丝的彩椒
  • 12.翻炒至彩椒断生即可。
