Steps to make 哈密瓜内馅,哈密瓜酱

  • 1.原料图
  • 2.冬瓜切小细丁,切好后放入锅中大火煮开,中火煮10分钟左右,直至变得完全透明。
  • 3.冬瓜放至温热后,放入纱布袋中,挤干水分(没有袋子直接用手捏干),冬瓜水不要。
  • 4.哈密瓜同样切细丁,稍微挤掉水分。
  • 5.哈密瓜汁倒入锅中,加入砂糖。
  • 6.加入麦芽糖,中火煮至完全融化。
  • 7.倒入冬瓜丁哈密瓜丁,不要盖盖子中火煮1个小时左右。
  • 8.水分慢慢挥发,差不多的时候注意看住,以免糊锅。
  • 9.越来越干,就要看住了,不时的翻炒,直至收干水分。
