Steps to make 鲜贝蛋烧卖

  • 1.鸡蛋打开,搅散蛋液,在不粘锅上摊出蛋皮薄饼。
  • 2.摊好的蛋皮薄饼。
  • 3.鲜贝肉取出切成粒,和玉米粒、豌豆炒熟,制成馅心。
  • 4.把蛋皮一切为二,放入炒好的鲜贝馅心。
  • 5.包起来,用烫过的蒜叶扎口。
  • 6.切除多余的蛋皮。
  • 7.再入蒸笼蒸3分钟。
  • 8.拿出浇上芡汁。
  • 9.只用蛋清摊的蛋皮包出的白色的蛋烧卖。
