  • 1.花生用水快速清洗,放到帘子上晾干。
  • 2.花生放在烤盘里,中层上下火170度,10分钟左右烤熟。
  • 3.冷却后的花生搓去红色的外皮。
  • 4.花生加适量糖、盐放到研磨杯中。
  • 5.搅打成粉末状。
  • 6.加入熟花生油,使花生酱更好地在料理杯中转动起来,喜欢细的话就多搅一会。
  • 7.打成细腻的花生酱,放入消毒过的玻璃瓶里,凉后冰箱冷藏。
  • 8.阳光下的花生酱,香浓的味道弥漫开来~
