老鸭冬瓜汤
这道老鸭冬瓜汤是一款食材简单、特别适合春夏季节的汤水,味道清淡鲜甜。有清热解毒、滋阴养胃的作用,上火者和苦夏的时候食用更加。因冬瓜比较容易熟,所以要先把老鸭煲到差不多好了的时候,再放冬瓜进去,冬瓜煲半个小时放入葱花就可以了。

  • 1.辅助食材准备好
  • 2.冬瓜去瓤去籽
  • 3.切成大块,皮很有营养不要去掉,当然如果您嫌吃起来麻烦,也可以将皮削去
  • 4.鸭子去内脏处理干净清洗好备用
  • 5.剁成大块,并放入开水锅中焯水煮烫
  • 6.煮开捞去汤面上浮沫
  • 7.完全捞去浮沫后,再继续煮至汤发白
  • 8.捞出过水洗净油脂,这样可以让汤看起来比较干净和少油
  • 9.选择电饭煲或电压力锅,也可以是煮锅汤煲锅,鸭肉放入后,倒入没过鸭肉的水,再放入生姜、葱段,开小火慢炖
  • 10.炖至筷子可以大概插进去,即鸭肉八成熟时
  • 11.放入冬瓜块、适量的盐,调制中火煮至冬瓜熟烂即可关火
  • 12.撒入葱花,装碗即食
