炸麻团
麻团是我国小吃之一,始终经销不衰。家庭自制麻团现吃现炸,颜色金黄、外酥里软、个个空心、香甜可口。

  • 白糖200g
  • 温水320g
  • 麻团膨松剂10g

Steps to make 炸麻团

  • 1.将白糖放入温水中化开,加入麻团膨松剂用筷子搅拌均匀,再加入糯米粉搅拌均匀。
  • 2.和成面团饧15分钟。
  • 3.豆沙馅适量搓成圆。
  • 4.将面团分成20个均等的剂子,搓成圆球状。
  • 5.取一个剂子包入豆沙。
  • 6.封口在下揉圆,可抹匀少许水。
  • 7.再将麻团坯放入去皮的芝麻中,将其滚匀芝麻。
  • 8.逐个沾满芝麻的麻团坯再饧15分钟。
  • 9.锅中倒入适量的食用油,将麻团下入油锅中炸制。
  • 10.不断的翻动麻团使其受热均匀,颜色一致,颜色金黄色捞出控油(因油不够深度,所以我把锅放得偏了一点,这样便于炸制)。
  • 11.全部炸完,炸了两盘、个个空心圆鼓。
