花样冰皮月饼
生活就是这样发生着改变,端午学着包各式粽子,现在中秋学做月饼,而且还要尝试各式月饼的做法,今天试做了下美貌如花的冰皮月饼,第一次做心里也没底,不过终于也能压出花样来了,不过为了防粘手粉多了点,总结了点经验,下次一定能做出更漂亮的!

  • 粘米粉35克
  • 澄粉20克
  • 牛奶185克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 色拉油20ml

Steps to make 花样冰皮月饼

  • 1.将牛奶、色拉油、糖粉混合均匀
  • 2.将糯米粉、粘米粉、澄粉混合,倒入牛奶混合液中
  • 3.搅匀后静置半小时
  • 4.这时候炒点手粉,糯米粉放锅里小火炒熟备用
  • 5.将粉末混合物放锅里蒸15分钟,蒸的过程中搅拌几次
  • 6.面糊变透并慢慢凝固,等水分收干即可离火
  • 7.稍晾凉后,分成几份加入各色粉末,揉成面团
  • 8.准备各种馅料搓圆,今天用了橙香水果馅和豆沙馅
  • 9.手上取一些手粉,将一块面团按扁,加入馅料
  • 10.用虎口位置慢慢收口,稍按扁,滚上一些手粉
  • 11.先取少量面团放在模具花片上
  • 12.装入模具,放入包好馅的面团
  • 13.用力一压即成型
  • 14.然后就是换着各种颜色做了
  • 15.最后剩下的做个三色的
  • 16.漂亮的冰皮月饼来了!
