    Steps to make 烤羊排

    • 1.羊排洗净,斩成段。
    • 2.羊排放入容器中,加入百里香、迷迭香、红葡萄酒、黑胡椒碎、蒜碎、盐、糖抓匀,腌制1小时。
    • 3.锅烧热,黄油烧至融化,放入羊排,小火煎至两面微黄。
    • 4.羊排摆入烤盘中,表面撒适量百里香和黑胡椒碎,放入预热250度烤箱烤制6分钟。
    • 5.土豆、胡萝卜洗净去皮,切滚刀块,原锅留底油烧热,放入土豆、胡萝卜块,翻炒3-5分钟。
    • 6.将炒好的土豆、胡萝卜块铺在烤好的羊排下,入烤箱再烤8分钟,取出。
    • 7.羊排翻面,撒适量百里香和黑胡椒碎,再次放入烤箱,将温度调至200度,继续烤8分钟即可。
    • 8.装盘。
