【轻乳酪蛋糕】
喜欢轻乳酪那种入口即化的口感,但是总觉得纯粹的轻乳酪有些腻,所以后来找了方子改了下,变成加酸奶的轻乳酪,酸味中和了一些甜腻,吃起来清爽多了~~

小家伙也非常喜欢,6寸的蛋糕,他自己就能一下子吃掉半个!

材料:

奶油奶酪120g,鸡蛋3个,低筋面粉18g,玉米淀粉12g,细砂糖72g,酸奶60g,淡奶油45g

Steps to make 【轻乳酪蛋糕】

  • 1.奶油奶酪放在室温下软化
  • 2.然后用电动打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 3.加入酸奶
  • 4.搅打均匀
  • 5.加入淡奶油
  • 6.搅打均匀
  • 7.加入蛋黄
  • 8.搅打均匀
  • 9.筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉的混合物
  • 10.打匀后盖一层保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏备用
  • 11.蛋白分次加糖打至6~7分发
  • 12.取1/3加入奶酪糊中
  • 13.翻拌均匀
  • 14.然后倒回至蛋白盆中
  • 15.继续拌匀
  • 16.将混匀的蛋糕糊倒入模具,8分满
  • 17.在预热好的烤箱最下层插入装满冷水的烤盘,蛋糕放入倒数第二层的烤架上,采用隔水法进行烘烤
  • 18.以150度烘烤约70分钟,出炉晾凉后脱模,冷藏4小时以上可切开食用
