Steps to make 酱烤鲳鱼

  • 1.鲳鱼去内脏,洗净,切花刀。
  • 2.彩椒、洋葱清洗干净。
  • 3.葱姜清洗干净。
  • 4.准备豆瓣酱、甜面酱。
  • 5.把鱼放入盆中,加葱姜丝、花椒粉、生抽、豆瓣酱、甜面酱,腌制30分钟,中间再翻动几次。
  • 6.葱姜切丝,彩椒和元葱切成圆圈状。
  • 7.烤箱200度,上下火,预热,把切好的彩椒和元葱铺再烤盘底下,腌好的鱼抹上少量的食用油放在上面。
  • 8.余下的腌料汁倒在鱼身上,把鱼放入烤箱,烤20-25分钟左右,时间根据鱼的大小决定,为避免颜色过重或烤糊,鱼上面放张锡纸最好。
