    Steps to make 糯米黏糕

    • 1.各种原料适量。
    • 2.用粉碎机绞碎,加糖拌均,爱吃油腻,可以加猪肉或色拉油和香油一起拌均。
    • 3.糯米面用凉水和均,上笼屉蒸熟,大约30分钟。
    • 4.蒸熟后手要沾冷水包糯米团.包好后放进椰蓉中粘满椰蓉。
    • 5.粘上椰蓉的糯米团,摆放在盘子里,就可食用.但是不能多吃,难已消化。
