蜜汁糯米藕

Steps to make 蜜汁糯米藕

  • 1.莲藕洗净。
  • 2.糯米洗净并清水浸泡2小时。
  • 3.沥干水份备用。
  • 4.莲藕洗净后去掉外皮,在一头斜刀切断。
  • 5.将糯米罐入每个孔内。
  • 6.并用竹签将断面连接。
  • 7.全部罐好了。
  • 8.装入大锅并加水(水量要没过莲藕),大火烧开加入冰糖和蜂蜜。
  • 9.再次开锅后改小火焖1个半小 时,然后再改大火收汁即可。
  • 10.出锅凉凉。
  • 11.稍凉凉后切片装盘,吃时再淋上糖桂花味道更佳。
