Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.准备材料,葱姜蒜切碎
  • 2.用剪刀剪开虾背取出虾线,把虾洗一遍
  • 3.苏泊尔煎烤机里多放点油,开大火预热好,放入葱段爆香
  • 4.放入虾小火煎,不时用木铲按一下虾头,以便出点虾油,煎好一面再翻面煎另一面
  • 5.煎好虾把多的油倒出,锅里留点底油,爆香葱姜蒜末
  • 6.放入蕃茄酱、糖炒匀
  • 7.放入虾翻炒,加入料酒
  • 8.加入半小碗水,选用大火档,盖上锅盖焖2分钟,收汁
  • 9.汤汁收浓出锅
