鲜辣快手剁辣椒
自制剁椒非常地简单易做,关键是做出来的味道非常符合自己的口味。

而且又少了这样那样的添加剂,吃起来更放心。做菜的时候,用干净的勺子挖上一勺、两勺,菜菜的味道立即发生本质的变化。妙不可言!

  • 大蒜80克
  • 白酒10ml
  • 3勺
  • 味精多半勺
  • 白糖1勺

Steps to make 鲜辣快手剁辣椒

  • 1.红线椒轻轻清洗干净,最好用干毛巾擦去表面水分。注意辣椒一定要挑完好无损的,不然会破坏剁椒的腌制。
  • 2.线椒剁碎。
  • 3.蒜瓣剥皮,剁成比较大的丁。
  • 4.加入三勺盐。
  • 5.加入多半勺味精,起到调味的作用。不习惯味精味道的话可以不放。
  • 6.加入一小勺白糖。
  • 7.加入高度白酒,我用的是二锅头,共10ml.
  • 8.玻璃瓶清洗干净,消毒后控干水分。剁椒搅拌均匀,装入。在瓶口用保鲜膜封好,加盖。放冰箱,两至三天,剁椒就做好了。
