  • 1.蛋清蛋黄分离,蛋清分两次加入60克白糖,用打蛋器打至硬性发泡
  • 2.蛋黄加入30克白糖,用打蛋器搅拌均匀,倒入牛奶和油,拌匀
  • 3.筛入低粉
  • 4.用刮刀以翻拌的手法拌匀
  • 5.分两次和蛋白糊糊混合,拌匀
  • 6.舀入纸杯,8分满即可
  • 7.放入175度预热好的烤箱,烤35分钟
  • 8.烤蛋糕的时候把水果切成小粒
  • 9.烤好的蛋糕倒扣在架子上,冷却
  • 10.淡奶油加入剩下的25克白糖打发,用裱花袋打圈挤在蛋糕上
  • 11.把水果摆在上面即可
