虎皮青椒
这是我很喜欢吃的一道下饭菜,冷吃热吃,配饭配粥都很美味。 有了不粘锅,做起来更方便,也省油,只要中火慢煎,简单的美味就出来了。

Steps to make 虎皮青椒

  • 1.青椒洗净,去蒂。轻轻拍一下。锅内加油,放入青椒,中小火煎,并用锅铲慢慢的按压辣椒,需要不时的给青椒翻面。煎至青椒两面煸出皱纹,且变软,取出待用。
  • 2.放入蒜米炒香,然后加入豆豉、黄豆酱、蚝油、糖醋,煮成汁。
  • 3.把煎好的青椒倒入汁液中,再播炒两分钟让其入味,即可取出装盘食用。
