我家私房菜——把子肉
话说美食天下举办的这个年菜展也已经开始好多天了,借着此平台,美食家的亲们得以将自家的年菜展现出来,让我们也大饱眼福一番!道道菜肴都带着浓厚的地方特色,还包含着烹饪者的心意,称其为饕餮盛宴一点也不为过哦!
过这个春节,忙年几乎就占掉一个月时间,呵呵~总想能忙里偷闲上传几篇美食,可都只限于心动,由于一次次的偷懒导致了电脑里积攒了太多的存货。呵呵~在终于能闲下来的春节假期里,开始咱的2011年兔年的美食行程吧!

Steps to make 我家私房菜——把子肉

  • 1.五花肉洗净,分成3块。
  • 2.锅中倒足量水,加入葱姜段,放入五花肉块淖5分钟。
  • 3.捞出,切厚1cm的片。
  • 4.准备好砂锅,摆入五花肉片。
  • 5.放入葱姜片,加入没过菜肴的水。
  • 6.倒入适量的甜面酱、料酒、酱油、白糖、盐、鸡精调味,盖好砂锅盖,开锅后转小火煮1小时。
  • 7.将煮鸡蛋剥皮备用。
  • 8.将鸡蛋放入砂锅中。
  • 9.盖锅盖后继续煮1小时,即可。
