自己动手炒健康无添加披萨酱——番茄披萨酱
想做披萨有段时间了,材料陆陆续续也都采购齐全了,想着周末就可以动手了,不知是受电视广告诱惑,还是想变变口味,我家某人和我说你要不要做点披萨吃,这难道就是传说的的夫妻间的默契,他不知道我本来就打算周末做点披萨吃吃,改善改善口味的,材料都已经备好了。被他一说增加量不少精神头。

做披萨少不了披萨酱,酱料类自己能做的我还是比较喜欢自己做。自己做的无添加安全又卫生,味道也是棒棒的,披萨酱做起来一点也不复杂,这个量做出来的酱色泽红亮,味道醇厚。披萨饼皮上只涂上一层酱撒点芝士烤烤味道也是很好的。

Steps to make 自己动手炒健康无添加披萨酱——番茄披萨酱

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料,番茄3个、洋葱1个、大蒜10瓣左右。
  • 2.把番茄放锅里煮个1分钟,这样主要是为了去番茄的皮。或者放开水里烫个10分钟左右,也一样的。
  • 3.洋葱切碎
  • 4.大蒜切碎
  • 5.去掉皮以后的番茄切成块,放料理机里打碎,打个2-3秒就可以了,不用打的全成液体。如果没有料理机用刀切碎一点也是一样的。
  • 6.锅里加入油,油的量可以比平时炒菜多一点,烧热后倒入打好的番茄,炒大约3-4分钟锅里的番茄汁稍微有些收汁了,变的开始浓稠了。
  • 7.倒入切好的洋葱翻炒均匀,大约炒3分钟。
  • 8.倒入大蒜翻炒均匀。
  • 9.再倒入番茄沙司翻炒均匀。
  • 10.再倒入披萨草翻炒均匀,焖个半分钟。
  • 11.翻炒至酱料变得浓稠即可起锅。
