Steps to make 鱿鱼干锅

  • 1.先处理好鱿鱼。
  • 2.将鱿鱼焯水,切段。
  • 3.芹菜蒜苗洗净切段,辣椒蒜头切片。
  • 4.热锅放菜籽油烧至九成热,下入鱿鱼爆炒片刻。
  • 5.加两瓶盖料酒爆香。
  • 6.加一匙豆瓣酱。
  • 7.煸炒上色。
  • 8.将鱿鱼推到锅边,将红椒干辣椒和蒜头加少许食用油和食盐炒至断生。
  • 9.与鱿鱼混合炒匀。
  • 10.放入蒜白。
  • 11.再加入蒜青。
  • 12.接着放入芹菜。
  • 13.加漠过菜量的清水。
  • 14.加点五香粉煮个两分钟。
  • 15.出锅前淋上一圈藤椒油。
  • 16.乘到小锅中,点上酒精,一边吃一边加热。
