家常手撕包菜
包菜是家里人比较喜欢吃的一个菜,这里市场里有两种,一种是圆的,炒起来爽口些。一种是扁的,软一些,喜欢将它切丝,用猪油炒的软软的,香甜。今天买的是圆包菜,做个手撕包菜,用五花肉来炒,甘香可口。

  • 1.准备好包菜和五花肉等材料。

  • 4.起油锅,爆香干辣椒、蒜头,将五花肉入锅煸炒至出油。
  • 5.加入尖椒和包菜。
  • 6.将包菜与肉炒匀,炒至刚断青,加盐,少许生抽调味就可以出锅了。
