小绵羊曲奇——第二波萌羊来袭
今天给大家带来另一款萌羊曲奇,比上次的萌羊稍复杂一点,因为新年到了,羊羊也换新发型啦!哈......和上次呆萌的造型相比,这款显得更精致些,不知可有你中意的一款?
PS:因为全是手工造型所以做一次不要贪多,毕竟,做这种手工造型饼干有点费时,主要是图个乐趣,给小盆友一份惊喜,所以我给出的材料量也是不大的,口感甜度适中,不喜糖的可略减。

Steps to make 小绵羊曲奇——第二波萌羊来袭

  • 1.各原料秤好备用。
  • 2.黄油软化后加糖粉用刮刀拌顺滑。
  • 3.分次加入牛奶拌匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉切拌均匀。
  • 5.揉捏成团,用保鲜膜包好。
  • 6.取一半左右的面团分成8克一个的小面团,剩下的面团做耳朵和头发。(大概可做9个左右)
  • 7.取一个8克面团按成圆饼状。
  • 8.取两个1克左右的面团分别整成长水滴状后按扁,粘到圆形面团左右做耳朵,再用牙签在耳朵上竖着按一条痕。
  • 9.再分别取更小的7个面团搓细长后卷起。
  • 10.放到头上成卷发。
  • 11.烤箱175-180度中层18分钟左右,最后几分钟看一下根据具体上色情况调整。
  • 12.烤好晾凉后用巧克力或食用色素画上表情即可。
