酸辣萝卜汤

萝卜有一股味道,很多人不喜欢,在煮至的过程中,可以轻松的去掉萝卜的臭味,就是煮至时,不要盖锅盖,让萝卜的味道充分得到挥发,萝卜一点要煮至透明,熟透,这样萝卜汤就更加鲜美了。这可是我独家窍门哟。。。。

    Steps to make 酸辣萝卜汤

    • 1.准备好原料。
    • 2.萝卜去皮切丝。
    • 3.香菜洗净小切段备用。
    • 4.葱切碎.。
    • 5.锅中放入少量的油,爆香花椒。
    • 6.下入葱碎炸香捞出。
    • 7.下入切丝的萝卜煸炒。
    • 8.萝卜丝加盐煸炒至软榻。
    • 9.放入少量的酱油继续煸炒。
    • 10.加入水,煮至萝卜丝透明。
    • 11.取一大碗,加入鸡精 白胡椒粉 醋搅 香油 拌均匀。
    • 12.把煮至好的萝卜汤倒入大碗里,搅拌均匀,撒上香菜即可。
