Steps to make 蛋黄椰蓉馅面包

  • 1.椰蓉馅原料:鸡蛋、椰蓉、白糖。
  • 2.将蛋黄、椰蓉、白糖混合交拌匀。

  • 4.取一个面团,擀成圆的面片。

  • 7.将面剂再次擀成椭圆形,用刀片竖着划三刀,
  • 8.将面片从上至下卷起来,再象拧麻花那样拧几圈,两个接头捏合即可成形。
  • 9.依次做好剩下的面团,发酵至1.5倍大,烤箱预热上火190,下火160,面包坯刷上剩下的蛋白液,入烤箱烤20分钟,至成熟时取出。
