千层土豆芝士派

Steps to make 千层土豆芝士派

  • 1.洋葱洗净切末。
  • 2.土豆去皮,洗净,切成厚约2毫米左右的片。
  • 3.炒锅烧热,倒油,放入洋葱末炒出香味。
  • 4.再放入肉末煸炒。
  • 5.肉末炒散,加入适量料酒炒匀。
  • 6.加入番茄膏,水,翻炒均匀。没有番茄膏用番茄酱。
  • 7.加入黑胡椒碎,焖煮5分钟左右。
  • 8.加入盐和意式香草调味,没有香草可以不放。
  • 9.加入事先调好的水淀粉,搅拌均匀至浓稠。
  • 10.锅中加水烧开,放入土豆片,加入适量盐,煮至土豆稍微绵软,捞出沥干水分。
  • 11.取活底模具,铺一张油纸,防止汤汁漏出来,铺两层土豆片。
  • 12.放一层番茄肉酱。
  • 13.将土豆片和肉酱交替铺满模具。
  • 14.撒适量马苏里拉芝士,放入烤箱,200度,下层,烤10分钟左右至奶酪融化上色即可。
