    • 1.葱姜切碎。
    • 2.切碎雪菜。
    • 3.猪肉馅。
    • 4.细辣椒面、花椒面。
    • 5.臊子制作过程锅中放油【油是平常炒菜的5陪】炸香大料 香叶捞出。
    • 6.肉馅炒至变色。
    • 7.加料酒 花椒面 酱油 糖 盐翻炒。
    • 8.放入雪菜翻炒片刻。
    • 9.倒在碗里稍凉,【要使用一般的辣椒面趁热倒入,不用稍凉】
    • 10.倒入辣椒面拌匀即可。
    • 11.臊子做好啦。
    • 12.碗中加入鸡精,醋,生抽,香油。
    • 13.加入面汤。
    • 14.入煮好的面条。
