泰汁藕盒
这道菜在传统炸藕盒的基础上,用泰式辣酱调制了汁料浇在上面,既保留了耦盒外焦里嫩又有泰汁的酸辣,开胃下饭。

Steps to make 泰汁藕盒

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将猪肉馅放到碗里加少许鸡蛋液、葱姜末、盐、胡椒粉、料酒搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将藕切成藕夹,(第一刀不切断,第二刀切断)。
  • 4.将活好的肉馅夹在藕夹里。
  • 5.领取一只空碗,加150克面粉,15克淀粉、1克盐、少许泡打粉用凉水调成糊,给调好的糊中加食用油少许。
  • 6.炒锅中放油5成热下入裹好面糊的藕盒炸制。
  • 7.取一只空碗,放入3汤匙糖;1勺半醋;1克盐;少许酱油;少许水;少许水淀粉。
  • 8.将葱、姜、蒜切末
  • 9.炒锅加底油。小火爆香葱姜蒜,加2汤匙泰式辣酱炒香。
  • 10.加入碗汁,小火收汁变浓,浇在藕盒上。
