  • 8.中小火翻炒让糖均匀受热。
  • 9.转小火,炒至溶化。
  • 10.炒好的糖浆呈浅黄色(琥珀色)这时侯下原料的效果最好。
  • 11.倒入炸好的芋头块。
  • 12.快速翻炒让糖汁均匀的裹在芋头上,离火出锅。
