Steps to make 可可杏仁饼干

  • 1.准备材料.所有材料都称量好.
  • 2.黄油室温软化.
  • 3.分三次加入糖粉,打发(颜色变浅,体积膨大即可)
  • 4.打发好的黄油,分三次加入蛋液,搅打均匀,使黄油与蛋液充分融合.
  • 5.在分两次加入牛奶.同样搅打均匀,使牛奶与黄油充分融合.
  • 6.筛入可可粉/杏仁粉和低筋面粉,混合拌匀.
  • 7.最后放入杏仁片.
  • 8.拌匀,揉成团.
  • 9.将面团擀成厚度大约为1cm的长方形面饼.用保鲜膜包起来.放进冰箱里冷冻30分钟.
  • 10.切掉多余的边缘,让面饼成规则的长方形.在切成宽为1.5cm的长条.
  • 11.放入铺好油纸的烤盘中.烤箱预热.165度20分钟.即可.
