Steps to make 豆沙广式月饼

  • 1.面粉倒入盆中,配料称好,屋诺50克月饼模具备用。
  • 2.糖浆里倒入枧水和植物油。
  • 3.用搅拌器搅拌混合均匀。
  • 4.倒入面粉中。
  • 5.和成光滑的面团盖上保鲜膜放置一旁静置三小时。
  • 6.豆沙馅30克一个,面团20克一个分别团成小圆球,面团按压扁放入豆沙馅,用虎口慢慢向上推包起来。
  • 7.月饼模具里放入花片撒上少许干面粉,多余的面粉倒出,这样可防粘。
  • 8.放入饼胚,按压模具,直接脱模入烤盘中。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热180度放入中层。
  • 10.烘烤5分钟后取出,稍微晾凉。刷上一层薄薄的蛋黄液(蛋黄液:一个蛋黄+一小勺蛋清搅拌均匀即可)
  • 11.再次放回烤箱继续烘烤15分钟。出炉晾凉后装入袋子里密封好,室温存放,待两三天回油后口感更佳。
  • 12.成品图。
  • 13.颜色金黄诱人食欲。
  • 14.小巧精致。
