午饭时儿子跟我说,下午要和同学聚会,我说好吧,给你发200元备用金,儿子说;不用那么多给50元就行了,我说;太少了,拿200元也不算多,儿子仍然坚持地说;真的不用那么多,我说;求你了……,他说;那好还个价吧!拿100元咋样?再带上你做的这个好吃的“开口笑”让同学们尝尝......

  • 花生油60克(或猪油)
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 泡打粉2克
  • 小苏打2克
  • 奶粉30克
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 一口笑

  • 1.成品图
  • 2.将所有的粉类混合在一起过筛备用;
  • 3.60克花生油或猪油倒入锅中加热至6、7成热(我加入了10克猪油增加一下膨松度),倒入混合好的面粉搅拌至无干粉;
  • 4.倒入打散的一个鸡蛋翻拌成面团;
  • 5.用手揪成每个10克的小际子收圆,松弛20分钟,白芝麻倒入碗中,将每一个小丸子沾满芝麻;
  • 6.排入烤盘中,放入预热180度烤箱中层,上下火15分钟;
  • 7.最后将烤盘移至最上层再烤五分钟,烤至上色既可;
