排骨豆角炖粉条
第一次弄也不知道具体步骤和排版,呵呵,大家凑合看下,唉以前看别人,自己可HI了鼠标一点,现在才知道。。。太难了。

  • 半勺
  • 花椒5粒
  • 八角3粒
  • 生抽两勺
  • 老抽半勺
  • 味精半勺

Steps to make 排骨豆角炖粉条

  • 1.锅内油烧热,把豆角炒到水分蒸发,表皮起皱
  • 2.然后炖骨头,用葱姜,八角花椒炝锅,放入骨头炒,放入糖,老抽,生抽,料酒,一半的盐,少许醋,加入热水,没过骨头最后好,大火烧开,小火慢炖
  • 3.用温水或热水泡软粉条,我用的是纯东北土豆粉,第二天吃,会劲道QQ的呢!
  • 4.骨头炖大概50分钟后加入剩下的盐,豆角和泡好的粉条,用中火炖。
  • 5.看到豆角炖到这种酥软粉条透明就加入味精大火收汁。
  • 6.(*^__^*) 还剩下点粉条 弄了个芹菜炒粉
