Steps to make 鸭油饼

  • 1.将面粉和成软面。在面板上洒上干面后,将面团擀薄。
  • 2.把炖鸭时煸出的鸭油倒在面皮上。
  • 3.用面皮把油沾匀。
  • 4.加盐、葱花和黑胡椒粒。
  • 5.把面皮切四刀,一层层地叠好。
  • 6.最后成一个饼,每个切口要捏好防止漏油。
  • 7.在电饼铛里放少许鸭油,将饼放进去,在饼上刷上鸭油,盖上饼铛,选择“大饼”档,开火。
  • 8.几分钟后就可以吃了!
  • 9.非常香脆。
