  • 1.准备一把蒜苔洗干净备用。
  • 2.准备辅料。
  • 3.蒜苔洗干净切成小段。
  • 4.生姜切丝,小米辣切成小圈。
  • 5.切好的蒜苔段放进一个碗里,辣椒圈放在上面。
  • 6.加一勺五香粉。
  • 7.锅中倒油,将生姜丝、八角和花椒粒放进去小火煎出香味。
  • 8.淋在蒜苔上。
  • 9.加一勺盐和半勺白糖。
  • 10.加生抽。
  • 11.加香油。
  • 12.最后加上白醋末过蒜苔,搅拌均匀盖上保鲜膜腌制两小时。
