蜜汁叉烧
叉烧肉是用李锦记叉烧酱腌制的,色泽红亮,肉质鲜嫩,非常可口的一道广式风味菜。

  • 蜂蜜一勺
  • 蜂蜜一勺

Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧

  • 1.猪肉洗干净。
  • 2.分别加入叉烧酱、料酒、蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱腌制一碗上,使肉质更加地入味。
  • 4.取出猪肉再用刷子涂抹上叉烧酱和蜂蜜。
  • 5.烤箱提前预热,上下火220高温烘烤约15分钟。猪肉放置烤网上,开网下层放置一烤盘防止油脂滴落烤箱。
  • 6.15分钟后取出叉烧翻面再刷上叉烧酱和一层蜂蜜,继续烘烤15分钟。
  • 7.把烤好的叉烧分切成块即可。
