  • 蚝油1勺
  • 剁椒2勺

Steps to make 沙茶豆腐

  • 1.老豆腐一块
  • 2.对半切开
  • 3.切成片
  • 4.全部切完
  • 5.冲洗干净,放入平底锅中+油煎制。
  • 6.煎制两面金黄。
  • 7.沥干油
  • 8.芝麻酱+沙茶酱+蚝油+剁椒+老抽+芝麻油+老抽
  • 9.调匀后的酱。
  • 10.锅中放底油,爆香葱姜蒜、虾皮、肉末炒出香味。
  • 11.把调匀的酱倒入锅中稍炒。
  • 12.一次性加足水,倒入少许老抽
  • 13.加盖煮
  • 14.大火收汁加糖
  • 15.颜色很漂亮,又红又亮。
  • 16.夹起后,尝了味。甜甜的,很香。芝麻酱和鲜味。
