红枣莲子银耳羹

Steps to make 红枣莲子银耳羹

  • 1.所有原料图
  • 2.将银耳,莲子红枣分别用清水泡上一晚上
  • 3.泡好的银耳会涨大,红枣莲子也较软
  • 4.将泡好的莲子去掉莲子芯(莲子芯很苦,晒干可以泡水喝,有清热解毒的功效)
  • 5.泡好的银耳用手撕成小朵,去掉蒂根
  • 6.将银耳放进砂锅里,加入莲子
  • 7.再将泡好的红枣也放入
  • 8.再把冰糖也放进去,加入适量的清水炖(先将水用中火烧开,再转小火)
  • 9.炖至一个半小时左右就可以了
  • 10.炖好的银耳是很软糯的,汤也非常的浓稠
