    Steps to make 辣炒鸡脖 。

    • 1.将鸡脖洗净,切成小块。
    • 2.煮锅里加水,下葱段、姜片煮沸,再下鸡脖微焯一下,去除血腥杂质。
    • 3.将焯好的鸡脖盛出备用。
    • 4.切好葱、姜、蒜、干辣椒,花椒、八角备用。
    • 5.底锅热油,放入八角、花椒爆香,再放入干辣椒。
    • 6.倒入切好的葱、姜、蒜。
    • 7.倒入鸡脖翻炒。
    • 8.先加蚝油炒两三分钟,再加酱油上色,再倒入料油。
    • 9.然后加盐加水小火煮10分钟。
    • 10.收汁放入青椒即可。
