【蔓越莓酸奶蛋糕】
酷暑高温,只能躲空调中继续折腾美食。
自制老酸奶,一尝,好吃的不行,于是赶紧给儿子做了这款酸奶蛋糕,加入了蔓越莓干,非常的开胃而且养颜,经过水浴冰箱冷藏后有着入口即化的感觉,却又没有奶酪那种高热量的负担,不用担心发胖哦。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 低筋面粉45g
  • 黄油30g
  • 40g
  • 酸奶120g
  • 白醋少许

Steps to make 【蔓越莓酸奶蛋糕】

  • 1.蛋白和蛋黄分开,黄油加热融化(装蛋白的盆子先放入冰箱冷藏待用)
  • 2.酸奶加入融化的黄油中拌匀
  • 3.将蛋黄、10克的糖加入液体中继续拌匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉
  • 5.继续拌匀待用
  • 6.将蛋白从冰箱取出加几滴白醋分三次加入剩下的糖打至湿性发泡
  • 7.取1/3蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀、然后重新倒入蛋白霜中拌匀
  • 8.加入切成小丁的蔓越莓干(裹下份防止蔓越莓全部沉入面糊底部)
  • 9.稍微拌下倒入模具中
  • 10.另取一深盘装适量水放入蛋糕糊,放入预热好的烤箱中下层150度50分钟左右,稍微放凉后冷藏半小时后食用口感更好
