巧克力玛德琳蛋糕

Steps to make 巧克力玛德琳蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋打入干净的大碗中,加入糖粉
  • 2.手动打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉、深黑可可粉以及无铝泡打粉
  • 4.用刮刀翻拌均匀至无颗粒状
  • 5.黄油隔水加热至融化成液体,倒入面糊中
  • 6.继续翻拌至完全融合,放入冰箱冷藏一小时左右
  • 7.面糊装入裱花袋中
  • 8.小心的挤入模具中,7、8分满即可
  • 9.入烤箱中层,上下火180度,15分钟左右
  • 10.烤好后脱模,置于冷却架晾凉
  • 11.白巧克力币放在干净无水的小碗内,隔热水融化
  • 12.取一枚蛋糕,沾上巧克力
  • 13.全部做好,放在冷却架上晾凉至巧克力凝固即可
