樱桃芝士蛋糕

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 粗粮饼干80克
  • 黄油45克
  • 牛奶30克
  • 玉米淀粉15克

Steps to make 樱桃芝士蛋糕

  • 1.将饼干放入保鲜袋擀成粉末。
  • 2.黄油隔水融化。
  • 3.将饼干末倒入黄油中拌匀。
  • 4.将混合好黄油的饼干倒入活底模中压实,做成饼干底,放入冰箱冷藏待用。
  • 5.奶油奶酪室温软化。
  • 6.将软化好的奶酪加入牛奶和糖。
  • 7.用打蛋器搅拌至顺滑无颗粒。
  • 8.将鸡蛋打散,少量多次加入奶酪糊中搅拌均匀。
  • 9.在奶酪糊中加入玉米淀粉拌匀。
  • 10.将饼干底取出,倒入一半奶酪糊,将适量樱桃切半放入。
  • 11.倒入剩余的奶酪糊,在表面放上适量樱桃。
  • 12.模具包锡纸,烤盘中放热水,将模具放入烤盘160度烤55分钟左右。
