香菇胡萝卜肉酱
为了宝宝能很好的吃饭,做了这个很是下饭和夹馍的肉酱,里面加入了胡萝卜、核桃仁、芝麻既营养又好吃!

Steps to make 香菇胡萝卜肉酱

  • 1.干香菇提前一晚泡发
  • 2.胡萝卜切丁剁碎备用
  • 3.泡发的香菇切丁备用
  • 4.精瘦肉也需要切丁
  • 5.姜蒜切沫
  • 6.炒锅放油加热,放入藤椒,炸出香味后捞出。
  • 7.依次放入肉末、香菇丁、胡萝卜丁翻炒至出油。
  • 8.根据自己口味加入适量黄豆酱,因为是宝宝吃的,所以我只放了两勺。
  • 9.核桃仁放到烤箱烤至金黄后切碎,加入锅中。
  • 10.最后洒些芝麻在酱上,另起锅热油,将热油浇至芝麻上。
  • 11.搅拌均匀放凉后装罐。放入冰箱,宝宝可以吃一周啦!
