夏日凉菜-----鲜蔬豆皮卷

鲜蔬豆皮卷,有荤有素,营养丰富,蘸着酱料食用,别有一番滋味。

  • 大喜大烤肉酱2汤勺
  • 泰式辣椒酱3汤勺

Steps to make 夏日凉菜-----鲜蔬豆皮卷

  • 1.主要原料图。
  • 2.豆芽、胡萝卜、香菇分别洗净,把胡萝卜和香菇切成丝。
  • 3.火腿和青蒜切成丝。
  • 4.锅中烧开适量水,调入少许盐和食用油,下入豆皮焯水后捞出。
  • 5.再依次下入豆芽、香菇、胡萝卜焯熟。
  • 6.捞熟的蔬菜捞出放在盘中备用。
  • 7.鸡蛋磕入碗中,加入少许盐和料酒搅拌均匀,入锅摊成蛋饼后切成丝。
  • 8.豆皮一分为三。
  • 9.取一份豆皮,在一边包入各种配菜。
  • 10.压紧卷起来,收口朝下。
  • 11.用焯过水的韭菜叶或者香葱叶间隔着打上结,然后斜刀切段,摆入盘中。
  • 12.起锅烧热少许油后转中火。加入蒜茸炒出香味。
  • 13.倒入约2汤勺的大喜大烤肉酱,翻炒出香味。
  • 14.再倒入约3汤勺的泰式辣椒酱一起炒匀。
  • 15.炒至酱料起大泡时调入少许水淀粉勾芡,并加入少许香油调匀,然后倒于摆好盘的豆皮卷中间即可,边吃边蘸酱。
