豆笋烧鸭子

Steps to make 豆笋烧鸭子

  • 1.新鲜紫苏*
  • 2.切丝待用*
  • 3.香菜切末待用
  • 4.生姜拍碎切好待用
  • 5.香料准备齐待用
  • 6.红烧酱油*
  • 7.糖****
  • 8.干豆笋用水泡软
  • 9.然后切一寸多长短待用
  • 10.鸭子四分之一只
  • 11.然后斩成小块待用(肥的鸭皮、边角料不要)
  • 12.炒锅放油一成热下入糖炒化,然后再下入生姜炒香。
  • 13.倒入切好的鸭块
  • 14.翻炒至鸭肉变色
  • 15.加入料酒 *
  • 16.再加入红烧酱油
  • 17.翻炒均匀*
  • 18.加入香料(香叶、三奈、八角、草果、茴香、生姜、花椒、干辣椒五六条、沙仁、胡椒粉)
  • 19.再翻炒均匀
  • 20.此时把炒好的鸭肉准备盛放压力锅内
  • 21.*****
  • 22.加水刚好没过鸭肉
  • 23.盖上盖加伐压上三分钟
  • 24.然后打开压力锅盖(用冷水快速降温,不能在压力锅里焖太久。)
  • 25.把泡软切好的豆笋放入锅内小火慢煮
  • 26.煮二分钟再加少许盐让豆笋进味
  • 27.加入紫苏、味精。
  • 28.翻均匀准备起锅
  • 29.撒上香菜及紫苏装盘上桌
