  • 1.准备好全部材料。
  • 2.锅中油热时放入干辣椒段和花椒,炸出香味后捞出。
  • 3.再放入葱姜蒜,炸出香味。
  • 4.倒入龙虾翻炒,炒到发黄时,放入啤酒。
  • 5.加水没过龙虾,再加入盐、糖、粗辣椒面和十三香香料,大火烧开。(我把辣椒面和十三香装进纱布袋里,也可以直接放入锅里)
  • 6.转小火炖十分钟,关火焖一个小时左右,即可。
