不知道为什么会有这些个果味阿尔卑斯。曾经大受热捧的阿尔卑斯,如今进了冷宫。总在那儿呆着也不是个事儿。某日忽然灵机一动,决定来个小小的试验。
此糖虽不同于彼糖,但糖的基本特点都是甜,把它作为西点的甜味剂应当也能行。首当其冲想到了马芬,大概它最快捷最容易操作。
很快投入行动。首先解决橙味阿尔卑斯。既然是橙味,就用孟老师的蜂蜜橘皮马芬来改编。将阿尔卑斯用水化开,白水而不是牛奶——不知道这牛奶会不会和阿尔卑斯发生什么状况,比如沉淀什么的,而且阿尔卑斯原本就有奶味,也不必靠牛奶增香了。制作起来很简单,只是用了热水化糖,需要待到糖水冷却后才能加鸡蛋——否则鸡蛋就该提前熟了。此法果然可行,起发很好,很浓郁的橙香,至于好不好吃就属于个人所爱了。。。

  • 阿尔卑斯牛奶糖45克
  • 玉米油55克
  • 热水45克
  • 低筋粉100克
  • 泡打粉1小勺
  • 糖渍橘皮丁35克

Steps to make 阿尔卑斯橙香橘皮马芬

  • 1.用料
  • 2.阿尔卑斯去掉糖纸,倒入热水
  • 3.搅拌至完全溶化
  • 4.打入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入油
  • 6.充分搅拌均匀
  • 7.低筋粉与泡打粉混合,筛入碗中
  • 8.拌成均匀面糊
  • 9.加入橙皮丁
  • 10.拌匀
  • 11.装入纸杯中,8分满
  • 12.放入烤箱,中层,上下火180度,烤约25-30分钟
  • 13.表面金黄,出炉
