自从换回大烤箱以后,最爱的就是做各种面包,面包做多了,现在觉得手工揉面也不是那么痛苦了,慢慢的摸索出了自己的方法,揉至出手套膜也不是件很费力的事情,这款吐司是做给老弟当早餐的,加了蜜豆在里边,很可口

  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白砂糖40g
  • 酵母3g
  • 黄油25g

Steps to make 蜜豆吐司

  • 1.后油法将面团揉至可以拉出大片的手套膜
  • 2.将面团滚圆,放入温暖的地方发酵
  • 3..发酵至两倍大
  • 4.取出排气,分割成小份
  • 5.取一小份面团,擀开,撒上蜜豆
  • 6.从一侧卷起,卷紧一点
  • 7.卷好后,放入吐司模内
  • 8.发酵至九分满,表面刷一层全蛋液,烤箱170度烤35分钟
  • 9.晾凉切片食用
