中秋节前后买了不少的虾,冷冻起来可以吃到春天,我还自己做了两大瓶虾酱,真材实料看得到哦!今天就吵了虾酱,配着杂粮窝窝头,太好吃啦!

  • 1.自制虾酱一大勺。
  • 2.切好葱花(忽略姜末,哈哈,以前的图)。
  • 3.打两个鸡蛋,不要加盐了,虾酱的咸度已经够了。
  • 4.一起调成蛋液。
  • 5.锅内放油烧热,然后放入虾酱蛋液。
  • 6.炒至成块儿。
