    Steps to make 红烧肉

    • 1.猪五花切成合适的大小,焯水,撇去浮沫
    • 2.生抽老抽料酒各适量,调制成酱料,生抽调节鲜味,老抽上色,料酒去除猪肉油腥味,花椒,大料,肉桂,姜片适量,倒入酱料中备用
    • 3.炒锅内烧油,六成热后添加适量砂糖,喜欢甜的可以多加一点,将糖炒化
    • 4.倒入猪肉,酱料翻炒,使其上色均匀
    • 5.注入适量水,没过猪肉,大火烧开后转小锅,炖2个小时左右,大火收汁即可
    • 6.开吃啦
